The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, facilities and transportation necessary to overhaul/repair various items of TF33 First Stage Turbine Blades. A firm fixed price requirements contract is contemplated for one year, plus two one-year options. The items and best estimated quantities include: NSN 2840-01-167-9602RV, P/N 800231, First Year 13,714 sets, Second Year 13,604 sets, Third Year 13,697 sets; NSN 2840-01-411-0982RV, P/N 780231, First Year 100 sets, Second Year, 100 sets, Third Year 100 sets. Each blade of these turbine blade sets are approximately 3.900 inch in length and is shrouded with airfoil shape with a fir tree blade root. Material for P/N 516701 blade is PWA 663 nichel alloy and the material for P/N 819501 is PWA 1455 nickel alloy. The required repair consists of removal and replacement of PWA 70/73 coating and notch/shroud weld repair. The repair will be accomplished IAW the SOW attached to the solicitation and IAW with T.O. 2J-TF33-53 series. There is no Government Furnished Tooling. Deliveries are to Tinker AFB, OK.
