Multiple Fixed-Rate, Labor-hour, Task Order contracts are anticipated to be awarded from initial offers. The acquisition is restricted to small business and has been assigned SIC code 8742. The resulting contract will have security requirements and require that all personnel be capable of acquiring a DOE "Q" security clearance. The contract will have a two year base period and three twelve month options. The estimated Direct Productive Labor Hours over the sixty month term is 476,365.
