Howe (202) 690-5552 The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) has a requirement for technical support services for the Policy Information Center (PIC) which serves as DHHS's centralized repository of evaluation and evaluative research funded by DHHS and other Federal organizations of relevance to DHHS programs and the populations they serve. DHHS seeks library services consisting of the following: subject reference services, classification, cataloging and acquisition services; and technical writing/editing services for abstracting/editing of evaluation and evaluative research project/reports for inclusion in the PIC on-line database which is updated daily and preparation of the PIC Highlight. The SIC code is 8231 and the size standard is $5.0 million. Requests for the solicitation must be made in writing to the address and contact point listed above.
