include monthly release detection monitoring of petroleum underground
storage tanks (USTs) at NAS JRB Fort Worth, TX. The required method of
release detection is by vapor monitoring for a "tracing compound"
which is mixed beforehand with the petroleum substance normally
contained in the tanks. Existing TRACER sensing wells located at each
tank shall be used where installed. The contract will be for a period
of twelve months. This is a small purchase procurement that is issued
under the SIC of 1389 with a small business size standard of
