The basic lease term is twenty years with two separate and consecutive five-year renewal options. The site controlled by the Postal Service is located: Portion of APN: 055-460-031 on North side of Hwy. 49 in community of Ahwahnee, CA. USPS site contains 1.049 acres. The successful offeror will be required to purchase the site in accordance with an assignable option.
