Segrest, (202) 767-7963/Mrs. Cleaver (202) 767-8101 This project consists essentially of but is not limited to demolition of the existing facility 53 which includes disconnecting, reconnecting, capping off and/or abandoning existing subgrade site utilities and excavation of the site; construction of new bi-level building and revitalizing of the existing facility 21 slate roof with gutter/down spout drainage system, energy efficient exterior windows with aluminum frames, energy efficient exterior doors with hollow metal frames, interior partitions, built -out with new walls, finishes, flooring and ceiling systems, interior wood doors with metal frames, associated hardware and interior windows with metal frames, built-in counter tops and casework with laminate surfaces, fire alarm and sprinkler system, HVAC, plumbing and electrical power systems, lighting, and an elevator system. The Standard Industrial Code is 1542. Performance Period is 540 calendar days. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
