Y -- FY-97 DORMITORY LUKE AFB, ARIZONA SOL DACA05-97-B-0048 DUE 073197 POC Contract Specialist Andy Ortega (Site Code DACA05) FY-97 Luke AFB, Arizona Project will provide for a three story inlisted dormitory of approximately 36,000 square feet with two options, each of approximately 3,000 square feet. Facility will include split-face block, standing metal-seam roof, pre-cast concrete planking for ceiling/floor assemblies, HVAC, domestic-style kitchen facilities, EMCS, electrical work, mechanical work, communications, fire protection/detection, and all other related features necessary to provide a complete and usable facility. Site work will include clearing and grubbing, removal and replanting plants/cactus, installation of all utility service lines, drainage work, curb and gutter work, asphalt vehicle parking lot, sidewalks, lighting, landscape work and all related features necessary to provide a complete and usable facility. This procurement will be conducted under SIC code: 1522. The size standard for this SIC code is: $17,000,000.00. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for 8(a) firms. Estimated cost is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. Plans and specifications for this project will be provided on CDROM only. A check must be received by the CUT OFF DATE of 19/JUN/97 to ensure receipt of bid sets at a cost of $25.00. Full/half size drawings are not available. Orders received beyond the CUT OFF DATE will not be honored. CDs will be mailed out on or about 30/JUN/97. Because a limited number of sets will be reproduced, copies are limited to one set per firm.
