Pizarro, (315) 772-6510 (Site Code DAKF36) Furnish all supervision, plant, labor, materials, equipment and appliances necessary to perform all operations in connection with the expansion of Hanger P-2050, Fort Drum, New York, in strict accordance with the statement of work, the specifications and drawings, and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. Principal features: The work to be performed will include, but is not limited to the following items. (1)Location of existing utilities, services, etc. prior to any construction. Various electrical, mechanical, process wastewater lines, sanitary and storm sewers, underground storage tanks and alike, may be located in the area of construction. (2) Relocate fire hydrants, domestic water lines, and wastewater lines. (3) Remove existing exterior insulated metal siding wall panel system from building. (4) Provide and install new insulated metal siding wall panel system to new building expansion. (5) Provide and install new adhered EPDM roof and insulation. (6) Finish floors and roof to form a seamless transition between the new and existing construction. This procurement is estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000.
