The project includes upgrading the existing Johnson Controls' energy management system; providing TSI fume hoods pressurization monitoring controls for designated fume hoods; tie-in new and existing designated isolation room controls; and upgrading HVAC instrumentation sensors. The cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000 with a completion time of one hundred and fifty days. Statutory authority 41 USC 253(c)(1) as cited at FAR 6.302-1 authorizes procurement from the original source in the case of follow-on contracts. See numbered Note 22.
