The work to be performed includes the following principal features: Remove existing asbestos containing resilient flooring, asbestos containing adhesive, and prepare area for new floor covering. Remove existing steel windows, glazing, exhaust fan, and prepare opening for new aluminum windows. Provide and install new 12" x 12" resilient floor covering, carpet, cove base, new aluminum insulating windows, screens, mini blinds, exhaust fan, and finishes required in accordance with drawings, notes, specifications, and contract documents. The estimated issue date for this project is July 25, 1997. This project is unrestricted and ranges between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00 subject to the availability of funds.
