Z -- UPGRADE WINDOWS & INTERIOR & PAINT OMS SHOP & REPLACE OVERHEAD DOORS AT USARC'S LAFAYETTE LA AND HAMMOND, LA SOL DABT39-97-B-0029 DUE 082897 POC Ramon Rodriguez (405) 442-4315/3225 The work to be performed includes the following principal features: The Contractor shall furnish all required labor, materials, equipment, and supplies to paint the specified areas as shown on the drawing and described herein. Areas to be painted at the Lafayette Center are: Interior walls and ceiling of Room 100 (Drill Hall). Interior walls of Rooms 114, 115, 117, 118, 130, 149, 150, 151, 153, 156, and 158. The hallways as indicated on the drawings. Remove metal windows, frames, chain driven gear boxes and open/closure arms in Room 100 (Drill Hall), as indicated in the drawings. Provide and install new windows, complete. Provide and install insulated panels below existing windows as indicated on the drawings. At the Hammond Center: work consists of painting the interior of OMS shop. Provide and install one overhead door and two electric overhead door openers and controls-complete. The estimated issue date for this project is July 28, 1997. This project is unrestricted and ranges between $25,000.00 and$100,000.00, subject to the availability of funds.
