Renovate the boys and girls showers and locker rooms. Install new
entrance doors in locker room, coaches office and equipment room. Patch
existing terrazzo floor. Replace lockers, benches, water closets,
lights, urinals, supply and return grilles, sinks, toilet partitions
(with solid plastic partitions), and toilet accessories. Add new solid
plastic vanities in both restroom's Refinish and re-stripe gymnasium
floor. Install new lay-in ceiling in room 76. Replace exterior doors
from locker room and gym. Repair/replace hot water distribution/holding
tank. Replace existing holding tank and gas water heater.Estimated
range of this project is $250,000 and $500,000. Award of contract is
subject to availability of funds. This acquisition will be issued
pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988"
and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business
Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this acquisition is
Unrestricted; however, solicitation will contain an
evaluationpreference for SDB concerns. For the purpose of determining
small business size status, the average receipts of a concern and its
affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $17
million, SIC 1542. Fort Campbell Contracting Directorate of Contracting
is testing the use of Internet for issuing and advertising
