Scope of Work includes repairing by resurfacing and reconstructing various asphaltic concrete paving parking lots, as described on the plans and in the specifications, which will include surveying existing conditions, demolition, removal, disposal and reconstruction of complete pavement structure, milling, surface preparation and placing new binder and wearing courses, restriping all parking spots, fire lanes and loading zones, removal, resetting and replacement of existing parking barriers, construction of protective pipe bollards, and adjusting tops of utility covers, grates and frames, but not limited to asphaltic concrete milling, removal, disposal,demolition, construction, portland cement concrete pavement construction, excavation, hauling, compaction, painting, construction layout, and coordination with field observation and inspections. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. The performance period will be 90 calendar days afte receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
