Government proposes to acquire contractor engineering services needed
to sign, develop, test, document, and provide technical support for all
upgrades required to integrate the Automatic Integrated Boresight
System into the Air to Ground Engagement System (AGES) II and release
to LOT 1 configuration of the AH-64 Target Acquisition Designation
Sight System (TADS). This effort shall include integration into the
current TEU flight software; the modified TEU software capable of
identifying the installed laser and execute the proper laser logic and
boresight process based on the laser type and aircraft configuration
(A or D Model); and maximize reuse of existing AGES II software. The
Government does not own specifications and drawings to permit full and
open competition. Justification for other than full and open
competition is FAR 6.302-1. Intended source is Lockheed Martin
Electronics and Missiles, 5600 Sand Lake Road, Orlando, FL 32819-8907.
