synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with
the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional
information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the
only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written
solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 39007-089 is
issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and
incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through
Federal Acquisition Circular 90-46. This is a small business set-aside
and the Standard Industrial Classification is 3663. The small business
set-aside standard is 750 employees. The solicitation line item is as
follows: Item 1. Part Number SFC6400/A100, C-Band Upconverter, 70 MHz
IF, 125 kHz step, standard. Item 2 Part Number SFC4200/A100, C-Band
Downconverter, 70 MHz IF, 125 kHz step, standard. The specific IBB
requirement is for one of each of the above items, which are available
from Radyne Corporation. F.O.B. Point: Destination -- Inside Delivery.

St., SW, Washington, DC 20547. Delivery Required: within 90 Days after
contract award. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination. The
