The 11th Contracting Squadron LGCA, Bolling AFB DC, intends to procure, via a firm fixed-price, sole source purchase order with Transfinite Systems Ltd, Enterprise House, 17-21 George Street, Croydon Surrey, CRO 1LA UK, for two (2) each Satellite Radio Frequency Interference Analysis Software with security dongle. The required analysis software must perform detailed technical analyses of the potential for radio frequency interference between and among terrestrial and satellite, to include multi-satellite constellations, communications and radar systems. Air Force FMA configuration requirements: 16 bit version: Intel 486 or higher PC; 8mb RAM; 10mb of free hard disk; Windows 3.1 or Windows for Workgroups 3.11. Must have: users guides w/tutorial; installation support; telephone/fax/e-mail technical support; maintenance upgrades. We require the last version of software for two (2) users. The first year maintenance support must be free. The software should be a COTS item, able to provide detailed radio frequency capabilities to include radio propagation estimation and terrestrial radio communication frequency interference calculations. Must include the ability to examine, manipulate, and display interim and final calculations. Must be able to provide the agency with the capability to evaluate frequency bands sharing issues and alternatives which could lessen the possibility for loss of critical radio frequency spectrum to support our USAF Global Reach/Global Power requirements during peace and war time.
