The intent of this solicitation is to obtain sampling and analytical services utilizing EPA approved procedures for analysis of water, wastewater, groundwater, sea water, soil, sludge, oil, solvents, concrete and other matrices in complying with required environmental reports. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools and transportation necessary to perform chemical analytical services at the Naval Station, Roosevelt Roads, Puerto Rico and the coastal water areas including Vieques Island, Inner Range, Atlantic Fleet Weapons Training Facility (AFWTF) coastal target area.
