RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS CENTER: Concerns having the ability to provide community residential corrections services for male and female Federal offenders. Those interested are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the Contracting Officer listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability, and treatment, to include furnishing of subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescriptions, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. Location of facility shall be in the Greenville, South Carolina area including the county of Greenville. No operational hotel/motel will be considered as a facility for this requirement. Estimated total number of per capita (mandays) is 16,790 for the Base Period; 9,490 per capita for Option Year One; 10,585 per capita for Option Year Two; and 11,680 per capita for Option Year Three. The estimated RFP issue date is o/a August 15, 1997; the estimated closing date is o/a October 14, 1997. The contract base period is 24 months with three one-year options to renew. A requirements-type contract is anticipated. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this Agency. No collect calls will be accepted.
