The service will be provided at the U.S. Customs Domestic Air Interdiction Coordination Center (DAICC), 1355 Customs Way, March Air Reserve Base, California. The base period is from the date of award to September 30. The four option periods are from October 1 through September 30 of each year. The proposed acquisition is restricted to established offerors who have businesses within a 60-mile radius of the DAICC. This procurement is a 100 percent Total Small Business Set-a-side. A site visit to this facility is suggested prior to receipt of proposals. Award will be made to a technically acceptable offeror at fair and reasonable prices. Written requests for proposals shall be mailed to the U.S. Customs Service, Field Procurement Services Group, P.O. Box 68905, Indianapolis, Indiana 46268.
