This a solicitation for single family closing agent for services covering the State of Wisconsin counties of Milwaukee, Waukesha, Racine, Kenosha, Washington and Ozaukee. The contractor will be required to perform various services regarding closing services for sales of single family properties (1-4 units). The term of the contract is a one-year base period with two, one-year options to extend the term of the contract. See Numbered Note 1. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 6531,(as measured by total revenues, but excluding funds received in trust for an unaffiliated third party, such as bookings or sales subject to commissions.
