R -- PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CONVEYANCES SOL N00025-97-R-0008 DUE 090597 POC Michele Stevenson (703) 325-9038 or Deloris Peeples (703) 325-9043 The Agency intends to distribute a solicitation requesting proposals for Economic Development Conveyances in areas affected by Base Closures or Realignments under the Base Closure Law. The designated Federal Service Code is R411, Real Property Appraisal Services (SIC 6531). The requirement will be solicited on an UNRESTRICTED basis. Requirements include provision of a written report to the local NAVFACENGCOM Field Division Contracting Office based on evaluation of justification packages from local development authorities to transfer property to the LRAS. The successful contractor will also be required to develop guidance and provide training to the LRAS on submission packages. Offerors will be required to submit technical and price proposals based on criteria set forth in the RFP.
