This is a construction contract for the Leavenworth Ranger Station Restroom Remodel. Work includes furnish all materials and labor for remodeling one (1) restroom and constructing two (2) new restrooms on the Leavenworth Ranger Ditrict compound. One restroom is located in the Main Office; the new restrooms will be located adjacent to the Fire Office. Remodeling work will include new fixtures, partitions, and flooring in the men's restroom with minor plumbing work. New construction will include interior walls, fixtures, partitions, flooring, and plumbing. All work will meet the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Alternate form of payment protection is required in the amount of 50 percent of the awarded contract amount. Estimated start work date is 9/22/97 with an estimated 45 calendar days for completion.
