The Army requires a firm fixed price contract to Install a Loop Water Distribution System, Family Housing, Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia. The work includes, but is not limited to: All site work, demolition, material, equipment and labor to install a water line loop as shown. This work includes under road borings, road cuts, and dewatering to properly install the water lines. Contractor shall control erosion and establish grassing as shown. Exact layout of the water line may vary and shall be drawn out on As-Built drawings. Performance shall be completed within 120 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. All responsible bidders may submit a bid which will be considered. There is a nonrefundable fee in the amount of $25.00 for this solicitation package. Fee must be submitted with written requests for copies of the solicitation package.
