The Army requires a firm fixed price contract to Construct Climate Controlled Warehouse, Building 7906, Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia. The work includes, but is not limited to: Demolish existing 15" thick concrete apron. Construct a single story pre engineered metal building. Roof pitch of rigid frame is 1 in 12. Foundation is a 6" thick reinforced concrete slab on grade with a contnuous footing. Exterior skin is metal roofing and siding. Interior walls are CMU or gypsum board on metal studs. Plumbing will be a complete system with fixtures, piping and accessories. Mechanical systems will consist of two split system heat pumps complete with individual system controls. Exhaust fans and accessories are part of the mechanical systems to be provided. Electrical systems will consist of complete lighting, power and exterior electrical system. A fire alarm system shall be provided with a transmitter for central station reporting. A fire sprinkler system will be provided. Complete design and layout of the system is required. (0192)
