interested in obtaining plans and specification for this project, must
send in their request on company letterhead stating if you are bidding
as a prime contractor or sub-contractor/supplier, your complete
address, telephone number and fax number along with a Company Check,
Cashier's check, Money Order, Visa and Mastercard in the amount of
$90.00 to: DEFENSE AUTOMATED PRINTING OFFICE, PHILADELPHIA NAVAL

be made payable to the U.S. TREASURY and annotated with the applicable
solicitation number. Two sets of plans and specifications will be sent
via First Class Mail upon availability to those contractors who have
tendered payment. If a contract number is not annotated as requires or
your check is not made payable to the U.S. TREASURY, your check will
be returned unprocessed. NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. NO PLANS

includes the removal and disposal of asbestos and lead containing
maaterials, the removal of existing interior construction including
partitions, ceillings, and floors, existing exterior construction
including planters, concrete stairs, wooden ramps, and sidewalks,
existing electrical communications, plumbing, fire protection and HVAC
systems and equipment; the provision of new interior construction
including partitions, doors, hardware, flooring, ceilings, finishes,
stair railings, electrical, communications, plumbing, fire protection
and HVAC systems and equipment, new exterior stairs and ramps, new
exterior doors and windows and minor roof cutting and patching and
incidental related work. Estimated cost range is $1,000,000 --
$2,500,000. The SIC code is 1542 and the Small Business Size Standard
of $17 million are applicable to this contract. The proposed contract
(solicitation) will be issued as unrestricted and is subject to the
