GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The work includes the removal and disposal of asbestos and lead containing maaterials, the removal of existing interior construction including partitions, ceillings, and floors, existing exterior construction including planters, concrete stairs, wooden ramps, and sidewalks, existing electrical communications, plumbing, fire protection and HVAC systems and equipment; the provision of new interior construction including partitions, doors, hardware, flooring, ceilings, finishes, stair railings, electrical, communications, plumbing, fire protection and HVAC systems and equipment, new exterior stairs and ramps, new exterior doors and windows and minor roof cutting and patching and incidental related work. Estimated cost range is $1,000,000 -- $2,500,000. The SIC code is 1542 and the Small Business Size Standard of $17 million are applicable to this contract.
