Z -- MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND ALTERATION DRAINAGE, FACILITY 20 SOL F49642-97-80018 POC 2d Lt Constance Young, (202) 767-8048/ Mrs. Cleaver, (202) 767-8101 This project consists of, but is not limited to : 1) Repair of Drainage: Provide new building drainage system and regarde site to provide positve drainage. Upgrade, relocate and modify primary and secondary electrical service, manholes and ductbank equipment serving facility. Modify and upgrade mechanical equipment and piping. Demolish and remove concrete slabs and walks. Replace concrete walks. Provide miscellaneous aesthetic improvements including masonry patching, repointing and concrete repair. Demolish, reconstruct, and alter existing window well openings. Provide all building and site restoration to restore site. 2) Repair Construction Alternate: Undercut, dispose and refill of unsuitable material. Remove, dispose and refill of concrete obstructions in utility trenches. 3) Minor Construction: Install wall hydrants around building perimeter. Construct new Handicap Ramp and Stair. 4) Minor Construction Alternate: Provide new concrete walks. Implement new landscape plan improvements.The Standard Industrial Code is 1629. Performance period is 180 calendar days. The magnitude of this project is $500,000 and $1,000,000. This is an unrestricted proocurement in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program.
