Z -- REPAIR ROOF & ROOF DRAIN SYSTEMS AT USARC BOSSIER CITY, LA SOL DABT39-97-B-0040 DUE 082897 POC Ramon Rodriguez (405) 442-4315/3225 Furnish all required plant, labor, equipment, and materials to complete all work in acccordance with the drawings and specifications. The work to be performed includes the following features: In general, work consist of repairs to existing roof system, repairs to existing roof drain system, and providing as built drawings of all work under this contract. Work includes but not limited to: (a) Removal of existing built-up roof systems as indicated on drawings. (b) Enlarge scupper on upper level parapet wall as indicated on drawing. (c) Removal of required ceiling tiles, existing roof drain piping systems, cutting new holes for pipe sleeves, re-piping roof drain systems to exterior walls, new header and downspout collection system for each existing roof drain, insulation of new drain piping systems, removal and sealing of un-used drain piping systems, replacement of ceiling panels, and clean-up of job site. (d) Provide complete as built and iso-metric drawings of all work performed under this contract. The estimated issue date for this project is July 28, 1997. This project is Emerging Small Business set-aside, Standard Industry Code (SIC) 1761, $7.0 Million. The project is less than $25,000.00, subject to the availability of funds.
