Z -- REPLACE HVAC SYTEM FOR BLDG 852 SOL F04684-97B0013 DUE 090397 POC POC: Marva Hernandez, Procurement Assistant,(805) 734-8232ext. 6-4342 Work shall include the furnishing of all labor, materials,and equipment in connection with replacing HVAC system for building 852. (1)Demolish the existing perimeter heating convection units on the first and second floors, (2) Demolish the existing hot water boiler, circulating pumps, and other equipment in the first mechanical room, (3) Provide new perimeter forced air heating fan coil units with outside air damper, valves, piping, controls, and accessories, (4) Provide new outside air louvers for each fan coil unit, (5) Provide a new utility chase in rooms, (6) Provide new rapid response, high effeciency boilers, hot water distrobution pumps, and storage tank, (7) Provide new combustion air louvers for the boiler room, (8) Provide dedicated split-type air conditioning systems, controls, and accessories for the rooms housing electronic and/or computer equipment, (9) Provide corridor exhaust fans, (10) Provide a stand-alone direct digital control panel for the boilers and hot water circulation pumps, (11) Provide new electronical components to serve the new HVAC equipment, (12) Provide new carpet, (13) Provide window reflective film as shown and specified, (14) Remove existing and provide new window glaze sealant. Standard Industrial CLassification Code is 1711. The magnitude is between $250,00 and $500,000. This solicitation is unrestricted. This project will be issue on or about 1 Aug 97. Performance priod is 210 Calender Days.
