Work shall include a 120-volt single phase underground circuit or tapping to existing circuits with a control transformer and means of disconnect. All lighted windsocks shall be operated by a photocell. Work includes trenching, excavation and forming the foundation for the windsock poles. Removal of one 2" galvanized windsock pole and four pole top windsock pipe brackets will be required. All work shall comply to the 1996 National Electric Code. Period of performance is 150 calendar days after Notice to Proceed is issued. Solicitation issue date of 22 Jul 97 and bid opening date of 22 Aug 97 are tentative. The applicable SIC Code and size standard for this acquisition are 1731/$7M. The estimated range of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The solicitation is unrestricted.
