The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division and U.S. Army Simulation, Training and Instrumentation Command (STRICOM) will conduct a Presolicitation Conference for the HSTSS procurement on Wednesday, August 6, 1997. The conference will be held from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Holiday Inn Orlando East (UCF), 12125 High Tech Avenue, Orlando, FL (407)275-9000. The morning session is reserved for a presentation on the procurement, open discussions and questions from attendees. The afternoon session will be set aside for separate individual meetings with the Government personnel and individual companies. Draft copies of the HSTSS Operational Requirements Document, Statement of Work, Specification, and Section B from the RFP are posted on the WWW STRICOM and NAWC TSD home pages.
