This announcement modification provides supplemental proposal instructions to the above Broad Agency Announcement, first announced in the June 9, 1997 issue of the Commerce Business Daily. The proposal due date remains 07/29/97. Add the following to Section B, PROPOSAL REQUIREMENTS. Each proposal should refer to only one study area. You may propose for more than one study area, but each study area you are proposing for must be a seperate proposal. Each proposal is limited to twelve (12), one-sided pages. In addition, you may have a title page and a table of contents. You may also include an appendix of resumes with the following limitations: maximum of three (3) one-sided pages per resume, maximum of six (6) applicable resumes. Therefore, the maximum length of a proposal should not exceed 32 one-sided pages (or 16 double sided printed pages). Each proposal budget should be based on the total dollar estimate for that study area. Past performance references should include point of contact and their current phone number. (0195)
