This effort is for a modification to Atlantic Aerospace Electronics' Contract Number DAAH01-95-C-R184, and a follow-on effort to extend the techniques by Atlantic Aerospace which utilized proprietary concepts of moving target exploitation (MTE) of radar data. The objective of this action is to modify the scope of work which will allow the use of the same expertise to analyze and evaluate algorithms and characterize the phenomenology of remaining data.
