Roman Catholic Priest shall possess a California State counseling License, be listed in the Catholic Directory, and be in good standing with the ROMAN Catholic Church. Services are required twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days per week. Performance period is 1 October 1997 through 30 September 1998 with two one year option periods.
