Job Corps is designed to provide educational, vocational, avocational, and support services to youth 16 through 24 years old in residential and non-residential settings. RFP #3-JR-824-24 is for outreach and admissions services to result in the arrival of 1,300 enrollees at Job Corps centers throughout Region III. It is anticipated that the contract will be for two base years (February 1,1998 through January 31, 2000) and the Government option to exercise three option years.
