Provide all labor, personnel, facilities, materials, instrumentation, sampling devices and tranportation necessary to conduct chemical and physical analysis in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation and Title 40, Code of Federal Regulations (40 CFR) regarding wastewater, storm water and hazardous waste discharges. Contractor will be responsible for performing sampling and analysis of wastewater discharges to determine compliance with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality and City of Bossier Discharge Permits. Water to be sampled include thirteen (13) storm water discharge locations and two (2) sanitary sewer wet wells. The discharges to be sampled are point source discharges with the exception of the two sanitary sewer wet wells which discharge into the Bossier City sanitary sewer system. Services also include unscheduled sampling and analysis of base waste streams for hazardous waste characterization. Contract period will be 01 October 1997 through 30 September 1998.
