Saba Associates, Inc., of West Chester. Pa, to perform all engineering, design work, labor, equipment and materials in connection with the manufacture and installation of the necessary components to modify and upgrade two (2) existing Telemotive Remote Radio Control System, Model 1010 (including Receiver, RC-E500B and Intermediate Relay Panel, RC-E800-B), located in Hangar 3, Building 149, on cranes #156-003939 and #156-017490 to a Modell 8000 UHF, and incidental related work at the Naval Air Engineering Station, Lakehurst, NJ. SPECIFICATIONS AND DRAWINGS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. Services are scheduled to be performed between 15 August 1997 and 15 December 1997. Interested persons desiring consideration are requested to submit a detailed statement of qualifications with the list of similar projects performed and points of contacts with telephone numbers. The proposed contract is for supplies and services for which the Government intends tosolicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302- 1(a)(2)(iii). The Government reserves the right not to compete the requirement based upon evaluation of responses received as a results of this notice.
