Consulting services to provide programmatic, technical systems and engineering support for the Joint Simulation Systems Joint Program Office (JSIMS), 12249 Science Drive, Suite 260, Orlando, Florida. Specific areas of support are the identification of problem areas, priorization of problem areas, problem resolution, identification of process improvements and dissemination of Enterprise level processes and procedures. This is a sole source procurement to be awarded to Rani's, Inc., Geneva, Florida, due to the extensive experience in program management and systems engineering directly related to simulation, modeling, and Joint Program efforts. Through working with the U. S. Air Force, Army, and the Department of the Navy and numerous contractor facilities, Rani's, Inc. has acquired extensive experience in re-baselining, staffing, and establishing new strategic approaches.
