The requirement consists of seven service areas including research, analysis and evaluation of training strategies; personnel assessments; creation of specific courses, curricula and performance development materials; counseling support for performance development; organizational development training and counseling; administrative support; and automation support. Multiple awards are possible for each service area. The contract will be an indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery type covering a base year and four one year options. The administrative support and automation support areas will be set aside for small businesses. Firms will be limited to proposing on no more than three of the seven service areas. Firms and individuals who responded to the synopsis which appeared on December 9, 1996 and which have been getting periodic status updates should not respond to this notice.
