The contractor shall furnish a bus and driver and other necessary personnel, supplies, equipment, services and facilities to provide shuttle bus service on Saturdays and Sundays and on certain holidays at Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield Park to transport park visitors from the Visitor Center parking lot at the base of Big Kennesaw Mountain to the parking lot on the crest of Big Kennesaw and return -- a round trip distance of 2.4 miles. Approximate period of operation will be ten months from first weekend in October through last weekend of September. Bus will not run in December and January.
