Provide all plant, labor, equipment, materials, services, incidentals, and supplies for the preparation of the job site and perform all work necessary for the removal of existing roofing and flashing; installing new tapered roof insulation; installing base and wall flashing; installing single ply roofing. Project is approximately 25,900 square feet. All work must be completed within 70 calendar days after the date of receipt of Notice To Proceed. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. BID OPENING will be on or about 2 September 1997 at 2:00 p.m. pacific standard time at the USPFO for Nevada conference room. Solicitation package will indicate exact bid opening date and time. Limited sets of bid documents will be made available to PRIME contractors only, on a "first come first served" basis until supply is exhausted. Only ONE request and package per firm. The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance security in the amount of 100 percent of the total contract price and payment bond in the amount of 50 percent of the total contract price.
