The work includes, but is not necessarily restricted to, install a 60 mil. reinforced PVC single ply roof over 1" polyisocyanurate recovery board over existing built-up roof; replace fascia, wall cap, wall flashing, equipment flashing, with bronze PVC covered metal and other miscellaneous items that may be exposed to view from ground level; replace all wood nailers with pressure treated wood; install additional curb material so that all mechanical equipment will have a minimum curb height of 12" above the roof; repair/replace all roof drains that are not draining properly; and install PVC walkway on roof as shown on plans. Performance is expected to be completed 90 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. This project is solicited on an unrestricted basis under SIC 1761. Project has an estimated magnitude between $25,000 and $100,000. There is a $25.00, non-refundable charge for the package and all requests for such must be made in writing to the above address.
