During performance of this work, asbestos, hazardous waste, or pollution abatement may be encountered. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1761. The related small business size standard is $7 million. The estimated cost range is between $1 million and $5 million. Performance time is a base year with two, one-year options. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 28 July 1997. The estimted bid opening date is 27 Aug 1997. There will be a NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGE of $35.00 for plans and specifications.
