Remove existing roof top chillers and install new chiller on ground adjacent to mechanical room. Install new two pipe dual temperature system. New system shall consist of piping, insulation, fan coil units, controls and pumps.Estimated range of this project is $250,000 to $500,000. Award of this contract is subject to availability of funds. This acquisition will be issued pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this acquisition is Unrestricted; however, solicitation will contain evaluation preference for SDB concerns. For the purpose of determining small business size status, the average receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $7 million, SIC 1711.
