Cherry, Jr., Contracting Officer, 910/432-2297 The following modifies the Requirements in the Combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items posted to the Commerce Business Daily June 05, 1997 and amended June 18, 1997. The Requirements is revised from 108 each AC/DC power supply units to be delivered to Fort Bragg, NC to a guaranteed 108 units with an additional estimated 125 units to possibly be ordered over the period of one year. The specifications remain unchanged from the initial synopsis and the modifications made on June 18, 1997. The following clauses will be added to those initially specified FAR 62.216-18, Ordering; FAR 52-216-19, Order Limitations; and FAR 52.216-21, Requirements. Those who have previously submitted offers on this project only need to acknowledge this amendment. Contract type is changes from firm fixed price to Requirements. Proposals and acknowledgements of this amendment are to be delivered to US Army Special Operations Command, ATTN: AOCO, Building E-2929, Room 114, Desert Storm Drive, Fort Bragg, NC 28307-5200 not later than 1400 28 July 1997.
