This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The solicitation document and the associated standard provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-046. Payment will be made under the Promp Payment clause, which means 30 calendar days after receipt of commercial invoice by Controllers and receipt/acceptance of the end items by the Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR). Offerors shall indicate the name of the custom broker who will clear the medical equipment through customs.
