The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center (FISC) Norfolk, Detachment Philadelphia, is currently seeking sources for an Electronic Paper Management System. The system must be capable of document imaging, text retrieval, document control/management, and data archiving. The system needs to be capable of access by multiple users on stand alone system or LAN. Offerors are requested to submit product literature of commercial off the shelf products. Product literature is to include system requirements and capabilities of equipment and software. This is a Sources Sought Notice for an anticipated future requirement. The Government will not pay any associated preparation costs in association with this synopsis. The Government reserves the right to not award any contract from this notice.
