Included are design services, construction materials and labor required to construct the new facility of approximately 74,000 square feet, along with associated site preparation, access, and other site improvements, as described in the solicitation documents. Performance time is 280 calendar days from date of Notice to Proceed. The estimated cost range is between $4,500,000 and $5,400,000.
