The new AST's will be either 500- or 1,000-gallon double-wall steel tanks. The new AST's must meet all current, State and Federal regulations. Accessories shall include overfill and spill prevention, leak detection and emergency venting. The estimated cost range of this project is $500,000.00 to $1,000,00.00. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis pursuant to the "Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" (Public Law 100-656).
