Permitting not required for this project, however, contractor is required to perform all work in accordance with South Florida Building Code and other applicable standards in the roofing industry. Proposals must be valid for a period of 60 days. A TWENTY PERCENT (20%) PROPOSAL BOND IS REQUIRED WITH EACH PROPOSAL. PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS WILL BE REQUIRED FROM THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR. Construction Time: 160 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed; Minimum 40 squares per day which include 42 days of normal rainfall delay.
