The work includes all materials necessary to design and install a fire standpipe system per National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 14-(non-highrise) and incidental related work. During performance of this work, asbestos, hazardous waste, or pollution abatement may be encountered. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1711. The related small business size standard is $7 million. The estimated cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Performance time is 210 calendar days. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 04 August 1997. The estimated bid opening date is 04 September 1997. There will be a NON-REFUNDABLE CHARGE of $35.00 for plans and specifications.
